由24V桶形插孔供电,并通过Mini-B USB连接。用于测试CPU/GPU/FPGA/网络处理引擎核心电压。每个单元可测试500A,电流分辨率为1A,可转换大于3200A/us。
LSP1000是一个可扩展的解决方案。三个LSP1000可以并联连接到测试1500A、10000A/us。每次测试都会采集电压和电流测量值。实时电流显示在GUI上,并通过位于设备顶部的SMB显示。不需要额外的测试设备来测试瞬态行为的电压。刺激和测量都是用这个设备产生和测量的。
